21st century fox owns fox news channel.

Disney already owns abc.

You can figure out how the biases will be now.

Disney-the one that has been grooming little children to talk to spirits & have their bf be a dragon.etc..

Disney is also promoting transgendrism among pre-teen children.   Disney is an abomination.

Murdoch would retain control of Fox News Channel, the Fox broadcast network and his newspapers.

That is good, because if we lose Fox News, the only half way reliable place to go for at least some truth, I would have nobody left but people like Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin to turn to for information.  I wish Fox would go head to head with the big 3 networks and do a nightly newscast on their over the air television channels.  They already have a huge news bureau.  I believe they would overtake and eventually trounce ABC, CBS and NBC.

I'm not sure how the financial process for that would work....  Local stations get a lot of money for running network shows......   even if you own both companies it would be tricky.  and you'd be competing with yourself for viewers.  It is something to think about though...

I don't think this will effect Fox news

Prior to the deal closing, 21st Century Fox (FOX) will separate the Fox broadcasting network, Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, and some national sports networks into a new company that will be spun off to its shareholders. The remaining properties would ideally in the coming years merge with News Corp., from which they split in 2013, Murdoch said on Fox Business Thursday morning.
