Below are 54 specific prophecies concerning the sufferings of the Messiah, all of which were fulfilled in Jesus of Nazareth during the last 54 hours of His life, up through His resurrection.

The Sufferings of the Messiah Foretold:

1. He was to pray in sorrow, foreknowing His death.

2. He was to be betrayed by a friend.
