All these posts/ questions find solution in Jesus, and in His people - and if in a group that has mature experienced believers usually they already know the answers/ solutions before you even ask them. (yet may well , as a practice, take it to prayer for a season (between 2 seconds and 2 years, for example) before knowing and speaking the answer provided by YHVH through JESUS ) .... i.e. a good working part of the body of Christ is supplied with all that is needed by YHVH Himself, and by one another laying down their lives for one another in Christ, each one supplying the needs of the body (both spiritually and physically as YHVH provides). "Being exhausted" if not also at peace, rested, is something that is resolved through YHVH's Accomplishment in Jesus as He Says "Yhvh provides His servants with [perfect] rest|sleep" .....
