As for the reactions I have seen, I must say I find them disturbing. Many, if not most, are disapointed they did not elect a more "politicaly correct" person. They wish for one who would be a little more flexible with the word. One who wouldn't stand so firmly against abortion, homosexuality and other worldly goings-on. The key word is "modern. They wan't the Catholic Church to "catch up" and become more worldly.
