(which btw includes when toxicity from cadmium, aluminum, lead or mercury occurs - if the body has all the need immune system support, the body recovers as a specific and a general rule) . When of if anyone can get tested properly, they discover this simple truth, almost all the time, and can begin the steps to recovering health if they can find someone who knows what to do. The nutritional component is not being addressed more and more 'officially' (though at immensely greater cost) . As written in Scripture, the first step towards life is , the beginning of wisdom is, the fear of YHVH - He is Sovereign. In His Word Are Many Promises. From Genesis through Revelation. Not One of His Promises Does He ever neglect. This includes JOY and PEACE as well as RIGHTEOUSNESS (which the world has not and cannot understand). Yes , I believe that healing can occur with Mental Health concerns as there are many components to MH. For sure healthy nutrition, lifestyle with a certain amount of stretching and exercise can also be very beneficial for a persons physical well being in the head. For some medication may be necessary, but for others it is not. Some with a mild form of MH or depending on the diagnosis, can be mitigated without pharma meds, but rather through good nutrition, healthy life habits and a very close daily relationship with God. Many times MH illness happens because of trauma/sin that came into our life. Facing our trauma with Christ as our healer, can free us from the bondage those trauma set themselves into our conscious and unconscious. God can heal us and restore us to a view before the sin/trauma occurred. Christ Jesus can set us free Amen! The broken record of past trauma can finally once and for all stop playing, through Christ Jesus healing us complete and from the soul within. Also forgiveness and not passing judgment on ourselves or others is very instrumental for healing to happen within us. As long as we are sitting in Gods place a judge, juror and executioner, we have little chance of getting better. Give to God all concerns and let Him take care of them and of you too. Let Go and give it all to God. Learn to place your trust in Christ Jesus always and for every one of your life concerns. He will guide you and help you and walk with you through and finally out of the darkens. With Him we are overcomes. I do believe for many who suffer from MH issues, their is a spiritual component to it also. Once a person begins to look at the spiritual component and bring God into the healing solution of what is troubling the mind and soul, we can learn better to overcome MH concerns. MH concerns can get better, but they also may remain with us for our lifetime . But one way or another, bringing God into the situation/concern helps so much in helping us to overcome and alleviate the symptoms.
