Jesus cast out demons from many. Sin can also cause mental problems, and guilt, and to these He told that we are to confess our sin and He will cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The blood of Jesus paid for our sin and when we receive the Messiah as our Savior and our new Master, we are removed from the kingdom of darkness and placed into God's Kingdom of light. Some He healed. Today He also provides help through men and medicine. This sometimes requires our obedience. He told some to wash themselves in a river or a pool, and He spit in dirt and made mud to place in the eyes of one.
