Do Christians not believe in old testament and do they believe Bible contains Bronze age traditions (something not word of God)?

I was informed by one of the Christian user(Mishael) here that Christians don't believe in old testament and Bible contains bronze age traditions which are history and not inspired word of God! Is it true?

We believe in the OT, however we are not under the Old Covenant.  We are under the New Covenant, now saved through faith in Jesus Christ....the promised Messiah.

That's fine if you are not under old covenant but you do believe old testament is God's word (every part of it)?

Yes, it is all God's inspired word.

It's true we are not under the Law but rather we are under grace....grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

It is useless for you to try and discuss Mosaic Law at all when you have no Biblical understanding of it.  It is clear that you do not understand the purpose of Mosaic, (Old Testament) law.

Define "belief." We believe that;

1. the Old Testament laws were given by God to the ancient Jewish state

2. there are three types of these laws; civil, ceremonial, and moral

3. after Jesus' death and Resurrection perfected the law, we are no longer required to follow the first two kinds (civil and ceremonial)

4. just because we are no longer under those parts of the law does not mean we do not believe they were the inspired Word of God

Belief I mean whether Christians believe old testament was revealed by God. I know Christians are not under old testament law. I was told that Christians don't believe in old testament which I know isn't the case.

Okay. You're correct, we do not believe we are to follow the majority (civil and ceremonial) of Old Testament law, but we believe that every single word is absolutely revealed by God.
