These two verses are not talking about the same things.  Plus ... keep reading in Isaiah 26 and you will have your own answer.

[1]  False gods "dead" never to "rise" - Isaiah 26:12-1 - The people are praising God and confessing that they have had masters [false gods] ruling over them before, but now God is the only one they will honor.  Even though you and I know that those false gods never were "real" - because they had once been real to the people who committed idolatry,  they are spoken of as being "destroyed" and "punished" by God and "dead", "deceased", and "never rising."

[2]  Godly people being raised by God in the resurrection - Isaiah 26:19 - "But your dead will live, Lord; their bodies will rise—let those who dwell in the dust wake up and shout for joy—your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead.

[3] Several random "saints" being raised from the dead after Jesus was resurrected - Matthew 27:52 - Immediately when Jesus died, the veil was torn and earthquakes came and rocks split and graves opened.  After Jesus was resurrections, some of the saints in those opened graves were raised from the dead and went into the city and many people saw them.
