He is 29 pounds! The shelter was planning on trying to find the owner....if not, Chubbs would be up for adoption. People want to adopt Chubbs but now several people have come forward all saying they are Chubbs owner! I wonder if Chubbs could have been making the rounds of several homes and each person thought he was theirs?! ?
