I don't own a drone but was nearly hit in the head with one several months ago! Some young guys were flying it very low over traffic on our busy Wilshire Blvd. As I walked by them, they suddenly brought the drone to the sidewalk area just above my head! I threw my hands over my head and screamed! The drone crashed.... I don't know why they picked such a busy place to fly it...I guess some guys in their early 20s don't think? If they are cheap drones - they are nearly impossible to fly without real control -- and it doesn't come with avoidance features -- those are the drones you NEED to avoid! The drone I have -- if you fly straight into a building let's say -- it'll stop a foot from the building and just hover. But since you said, Wilshire bvld ... you're in California?
