I have struggled with this but there is also so much good too and if you can get the hang of it then you will be blessed to bless others. Do you need to find a way to make sure you can get to church once a week so you can get your weekly spiritual food? Try and get close to a sound Brother or Sister that makes your soul feel good and just sit next to them and you will be spiritually protected - maybe tell them whats up too. Also go out half way through for a five minute breather and come back in. Always remember - the door is wide open and you can walk out at any time. Holding that in your mind might help you through.
