He was finally tried when co-workers got suspicious of him last year and said something. The court decided it was not a crime but he has been banned from public service work for several years...he worked in archives for a city. He claimed he worked off-site but investigators never found any of the work he claimed he did!! It was not mentioned if he needed to repay any of his salary.
