Most Q&A blogs i've seen were through Tumblr. Or do you perhaps mean something else?

If you look along the top of the site, below the WCF logo, you'll see "Blogs" between Clubs and Activity. The blogs on this site, however, seem to exclusively be about Christianity. Stuff about particular sections of scripture or advice on how to find a church, stuff of that nature.

If your Q&A is of more of a Christian nature, it might work here. Otherwise, for more of a personal Q&A - your own views, opinions, or slices of life - i'd still advise Tumblr. It offers a slight bit more freedom and you can just link your Tumblr here in your About Me.

My  understanding is that blogs on WCF are limited to those people directly involved in the ministry.

The best way to further a blog is to get as many people as you can to ask questions, answering them in long form (700 words or so on a particular subject). Do that several times weekly for a year or more, and you'll have enough specific content to be found in Google.
