The Mystery of the Mark

Recommended Posts

Hi, Oseas Ramos de Siqueira. One of the most prominent lessons when dealing with prophecy, and with God in general, is that events rarely happen in quick succession. Our imagination is taking limited data and oversimplifying the results. Reality is usually more complicated and drawn out than the partial information provided in prophecy.

Dear Scott, when dealing with prophecy and with God, I think that you will agree that God is a title, the Word is God, God is the Word. As it is written, there are three that bear record in heavenly places, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are One.
About prophecy, you know that it is written that "the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy", and " if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His".

Imagination? Oh brother, we are speaking of the Word of God, the Word is God, God is light. In the Word (the Word is God) there is life, and also in the Word made flesh there is life. The life is the light of men.  The Word made flesh is the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father (God Father), but by the Word made flesh. The Word is God.  You know who I'm talking about.

Do not forget, brother, we have also a more sure Word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as unto a light that shines in a dark place ...  as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him. But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. (1Cor. 2:v.9-10) (Yea, the deep things of the Word).

The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His.    Where there is no prophecy or vision, the people perish. This explains the why apostasies have increased among the Christians or the believers, such as is revealed in the seven letters written to the seven churches of Asia in the book of Apocalypse.

As you know, the spirit of prophecy did speak EXPRESSLY and left very clear that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. As was prophesied, they will turn away their ears of truth, or they will stop listening from the truth, and will turn aside to fables, and gather around themselves teachers who say whatever their ears itch to hear.    But evil people and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving others and being deceived themselve.

But the spirit of prophecy warned to all, that each one’s work will be shown for what it is; the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire  (the Word is a consuming fire) — the fire will test the quality of each one’s work. If the work someone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward, if it is burned up, he will have to bear the loss.

Well, even the spirit of prophecy says that it is by the same Word that the present heavens (TWO HEAVENS) and earth, having been preserved, are being kept for fire until this present  Day of Judgment, when ungodly people will be destroyed.

And also, the own spirit of prophecy warns : 1 Corinthians 13:v.8-10
8 But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part (will be? even in part?), but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears.

Again:
Even the spirit of prophecy says that it is by the same Word that the present heavens (TWO HEAVENS) and earth, having been preserved, are (WAS) being kept for fire until this present  Day of Judgment, when ungodly people will be destroyed.
