Do you overly worry about a task or objective before you do it and then find that you end up not doing it e.g. you worry about how horrible it is going to be at church or at your job, and then do not turn up.

You will very often find that your worry is no way near as bad as the task turns out to be when you get there - you wonder sometimes why you worried.

Infact, you worried so much about it that when you get there, you find that even if it is bad, then the amount you worried makes the task actually seem quite pleasant. Maybe this is a hidden Romans 8:28 thing:

"And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28 ESV"
