Jesus did that for us. He is the author and finisher of our faith, see? There's too many false teachers here on Worthy that get unprecedented freedom to espouse, clearly, unbiblical teachings. Eternal Security is a very real promise that Jesus gave us and therefore important to us as Believer's. Those who deny God's promises need to be reminded that Scripture is clear on such issues.... time and time again, if necessary. God's promises are not an arbitrary thing, see? What you stated is true but the guarantee of eternal security only applied to the 11 Apostles of Jesus Christ who were personally chosen by Him and spent about 3 and 1/2 years with Him. ... .
