The idea behind this biblical quote is that we should continue to follow God's when danger is likely to come. As Christians we are faced with many difficult challenges that we are likely to face in unexpected circumstances. Given that Christians experience adversity within their walk in Christ, the lord requires us to use truth to discern between the work of the devil and the work of the lord. In doing so, Christians are able to throw out the wiles of the devil and serve God in truth.
