The 2nd Resurrection happens 1000 years later, and it's the Resurrection of THE DEAD or the Wicked. Reinhard Bonnke claimed the dead were raised during his missions. There's a book out there that claims 400 resurrections from the dead have occurred. And that's not all the claims of resurrections.
