Yes, it is the year.  Remember it has to be in the 15 year of Tiberius Ceasers reign + 3.5 years.  It also has to be in the 40 year before the destruction of the Temple.  It also, had to be such that the 14th of the month full moon would fall on what we know as a Wednesday today within the first month.

Your date says the month after Nisan.... I settled this a long time ago. If you're remotely interested, you're welcome to read my findings. https://abdicate.net/book.aspx It's free and explains it all. Enjoy.

I'm sorry Abdicate I don't go to links for sites I don't know.

The month I am quoting is the first month in the year.

He has come but you cannot see him, for a reason, your own reason.

Remember to tell Jesus about your plan...

And he won't desapoint you...

Hi Abdicate, you welcome to make comments as you need but I don't need the Hebrew Calendar to know this.  I did use something a bit older based on Enoch's Calendar.

You might have better luck getting people to believe you if you actually explained the logic you used to arrive at that date.

My site is one of the oldest (20 years) on the internet (27 years old), so... there's not excuse. Read what I wrote. I addressed all your issues. Because to know the truth, you have to go to the originals and learn the Hebrew calendar. But do whatever you want, after all, it's your choice.

I went to your site. (I used a virtual machine to access it).  But your timeline is off.  There is no way that Jesus could be born in 7 BC and turn 30 in 26 AD.  You see 26 AD is the earliest that the 15th year of Tiberius could have been argued.

Sure..  Good point.

When Jesus turned 30, He did so in the 15th year of the Reign of Tiberius Caesar.  The earliest dating for that would be 26 to 27 AD.  This is counting the Co-Princeps with Augustus, his father.  Additionally, we that the ministry of Christ was 3.5 years.   So we can use those timelines to date the approximately of when He would have died.

But the simple method that confirms this is the destruction of the temple in 70AD.  That destruction had to take 40 years.  This is because the congregation was under trial for 40 years in the wilderness of sin.  We know that on the day of His Crucifixion that the Temple began to be destroyed.  The Jewish sages recorded that destruction or desolation of the Temple taking those 40 years until it was destroyed by the Romans in 70AD.

Now as for the dating.  We know in Exodus that the lamb is killed "between the evenings" on the 14th of the first month.  That would be a full moon since the month is lunar based.  We can tell by the account that the event had to culminate in the resurrection after 3 days and nights.  We know it was on the first day of the week that Jesus rose for the Bible tells that.  Therefore, if we count back we can see that the crucifixion would have to have been on a Wednesday or the 3rd day of the week.

That day would have been the 25th of April, 31 AD.

So you didn't read the text. Well, I'm not going to argue without proof. Just stating "You're wrong" isn't enough. I can say the same to you. You're pulling one thread of a tapestry. You need to do more homework. Good luck.

No, if it doesn't fit the timeline for Tiberius, then your peg doesn't fit in the hole.  It really is that simple.  It has to agree with all the factors.  If it disagrees with one point then it fails.
