No, God doesn't get everything He desires.   God desires that man does not murder; but, people murder.   God desires that man does not fornicate; but men and women fornicate.

I could go on and on listing things that happen in violation of God's will, but you get the point.

And I would also add that Isaiah 55:11 isn't saying that God gets everything He wants.   It is talking about prophecy and in particular the establishment of the House of David, which is a messianic prophecy about Jesus who will establish the Davidic Kingdom.   That verse is an assurance that this messianic promise will come to pass in accordance with God's timing and His sovereign purposes.

So why do you think this verse is wrong?:

Isa_55:11  So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

No.

I already said as much. He desires all men to be saved, He does not get what He desires there.

Remember how Jesus taught His deciples to pray?

They will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. So, in the future, we can talk about it more when His will, is done here as there, but, even there, I think that is not going to happen until the New earth, after this one burns to a crisp!

Well I'm sure God was aware of your answer.

I am sure He was and is. Not much escaped God's notice. Therefore, I am diligent to try to repeat what He says, that He desise all men to be saved, but most men will be lost.

If I said I think He always gets what he desires, I would lying, and He does not desire that. He is a God of truth, we do not have to like the truth, but we should believe it!

So don't you think that God should at least try to persuade sinners to repent?

Well, i think He does. He gave us prophets. He gave us the Bible, so we have access to the truth. Jesus gave His disciples the task of spreading the message, and training others to do likewise, that is one way He persuades, He has us as His ambassadors.

Paul said in Romans 10:

How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?

So, we need to tell others to repent, but, we cannot make them do so, we cannot make them understand, we only tell them. The rest is in God's hands.

from my thoughts to his mind, he knows my heart and what I will say, better than I do, and before I do.
