I have always hoped they could be a blessing to others, and they will not do that on my computer. So I hope you don't mind if I share them every so often. The title of this poem, "Gods Children" was given to me by my daughter, she was 6 at the time. This poem came to me after I took my daughter to the park, she befriended a little girl, the girl, and her brother are the children that are talked about in the first part of the poem. Enjoy! God's Children A little girl, a little boy, in a cold hearted world, they are alone Mommy is working, daddy is gone, they are left to roam At the park they play They are there all day Nobody seems to care Are they here, or are they there A tear drips from Gods eye, as He hears them say “I don't want to go home, because mommy will yell at us all day” “She's just a lazy bum”, is what the little boy said, “Sometimes I wish that she was dead” The girl said, “daddy doesn't live with us, he doesn't care He left us, he's gone away, some wear our there” “LET THE LITTLE CHILDREN COME UNTO ME” thunders the voice of God as injustice He sees “Don't cause my children to stumble, don't you dare let them fall” The justice of God is swift, as from His throne He stands up tall God rolls up His sleeves, He prepares to rumble To avenge his children, who's hearts have crumbled You better train up your children right Or against God you will fight Where do we stand when we see injustice done? Do we stand firm to hold up the innocent one? To those that are hurting, will we give them a helping hand? Or do we turn our back on them when they are on there last strand Help the little children, show them the love Tell them about Jesus Who came from above.

As for me; I'd enjoy reading some if not many of your poems, especially older ones. That will be fun for me and perhaps others too. p.s. Computers youth? ??? what computers, in my youth there was this Univac thing that spit out punchcards. It was a tabulator, they called it the computer. That was the computer of my youth. Hehe, I was in grade 7 when I was introduced to my first computer, an Apple IIe: I was in grade 10 when I wrote my first poem.

Yes I remember the Apple][e, After I learned DOS along came a silly thing called Shells and I decided to go Apple only, and have had about every product they have made- well within reason. I am a bit behind the latest "stuff" now because I just don't have much need for anything more than my Mac Book Pro, and I don't really need anywhere near that much capacity, it is just a convenient to use machine, and I guess there is some ego involved too. Truth is, today I could probably get along with an old AT 286 long as I could get a few thousand floppy discs. LOL
