For example, the children of Israel were blessed in basket and store, ie., in good harvests and earthly goods, but the blessings which are ours in Christ are not found in basket and store, but are all spiritual blessings. If you are still living and breathing and able to share your experience. That is a miracle. Seriously, 40 day fast? Personally I'm stunned that a person would actually attempt such an endeavor. Over the yrs I've learned from experience how a threshold of resilience is given in faith. Exposure to the elements such as temperature alone reveals much about a persons capable endurance. Yet never is a person instructed to chose suffering nor self inflicted pain. Remember how the ba'al worshipers treated the temple and refused to consider what eliyahu(Elijah) expressed of the kingdom with compassion. Like Enoch of a 7th generation so to was eliyahu walking with the Lord of Lights. Blessed be he that comes in the Name. With God’s grace all is possible. Please consider researching absolute fasts.
