Nah, I through of that too. They would just end up on some Gilligan's Island and get picked up by a freighter. The best thing would be to send a missionary to them. But I couldn't think of an island that would be suitable. We shouldn't wish evil for them--just some place that would isolate them. Most often their own countries won't take them back.
