Judge Wiley Y. Daniel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado issued an order last Friday allowing Phillips’ lawsuit against Colorado and its Civil Rights Commission to continue. In his order, Judge Daniel did grant the Civil Rights Division Director Aubrey Elenis’ motion to dismiss Phillips’ claims against them for compensatory, punitive and nominal damages, and the motion to dismiss Phillips’ claims for prospective relief against Governor John Hickenlooper. Colorado is a very diverse State we once had a business their at the Stapleton Mall Denver Colorado and after that experience we will never have a business in the Denver area again. The taxes were unreal plus we had to pay a privilege tax every month on all our employee's it was weird you would think Denver would of paid us for employing people. We never made any money in fact I think after 3 years we lost money we sold our business and moved on, it still is their but I wonder how it is doing?
