Are all reprobates homosexuals, and are all homosexuals reprobates? Referring to Romans one. Can someone be still attracted to women and be a reprobate. The rest of the chapter goes on to describe what they are about and how God allows them to live in such a way. Homosexuality is a large part of this passage, but also listed are "sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful". These all are the result of a reprobate mind, not just homosexuality. To answer your question, no, not all who have a reprobate mind are homosexuals, but I would say that all homosexuals have a reprobate mind.
