We know it's wrong but we do it as it is in our nature. Prayer, repentance and daily effort to improve is vital. Ask God's forgiveness, then use that yourself to forgive those who hurt you. It sugar coats it. And the world likes the definition of the word “nonsense”; because it does not convict anyone of the presence of sin in their hearts. This is not how the bible describes sin.
