He has known everything from the beginning.  He knows us better than we know ourselves, yet He loves us and extended mercy to us.

I believe God sees everything in the present tense since He is not bound by time.

Theology 101: If he doesn't know everything then he isn't God.

In his overall sovereignty, God has given us free will (so we could have the option to choose him).

This presents variables in the scheme of things.

Romans 8:28 put another way indicates that God is the Great Orchestrator of all things... his ultimate will

to prevail (Acts 15:18).

So... omniscience is God knowing all things past, present, future, and all the variables created by the limited sovereignty

God gave men and angels.

So God must have known (from all eternity) who would and who would not believe.

Known to God are all who would believe.

It's simple....   God is not bound by space and time so he can look forward and see what decisions you will make next week.   Doesn't mean he likes the decisions you make or that he made you make those decisions, didn't plan for you to make that decision...    just saw you do it before you did it.

An argument for another space and time within the confines God has placed upon me without consulting with me to seek my own will and desire. :)

As to my own personal experience: I did not choose, not by my own free will, God the Holy spirit made a specific call to me with angel carrying a demand of me. I could not turn back the Holy Spirit's demand by rejecting it. Not this side of sanity I could not.

God answered the prayer of another that I be turned about to my own salvation. He answers prayer and is not to be denied when He calls.

With beginning I cannot turn a thought toward God that does not in some way try to encompass Him in Persons... but with God The Holy Spirit within I can in faith worship the partial that I am able of Him without demanding the whole which again would encompass that which has no created boundary... turning toward His omniscience- it as well the same! I believe the pride of life here does indeed think it can encompass God in thought and has it's origins in lie where lucifer with begin thought himself to be abled to be god... When in s/Spirit I can only be in awe of The Who of our Creators Father, Son and Holy Spirit... in this reality I become so small and only God, in His mercy,  maintains my exist... eternity will be needed for the worship of Our Lord for the Who of Him will not diminish but always increase to us of begin...

In Christ and the Cross the will of God and the will of man intersect.

Rom 10:13-17
(13)  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
(14)  How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
(15)  And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
(16)  But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias says, Lord, who hath believed our report?
(17)  So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
