Not able to do that myself, but it sounds like a great idea.   Get some fellow Christians together for enjoying God's beautiful creation!

Okay sounds like some fun; but why don't you run on ahead, I'll catch up later.   Welcome to worthy!  :)

Perhaps add kayaking to the mix?

Canoeing sounds fun to me.   And grilled hot dogs!

I spend a lot of time hanging on the side of a cliff, so climbing would be nice.  Here's a picture from last summer ...

Kayaking tales to share:

It was October, the Loons I had been watching for a week had just left Lake Winnipesaukee for the open seas to fly south. It was snowing lightly, but I wanted to get in one more kayak launch and retrieval practice, by walking  the kayak off the mooring platform into the water, and then getting back up onto the platform again. I was heavily bundled up as the weather was nasty cold. My nephews were out making a last run on a speed boat.

I enjoyed my first launch and retrieve, and my second, each done to near perfection! Feeling very puffed up in my "skill" and fully confident , I went for one more launch just as my nephews were returning, it was kind of  a show off move on my part. Well they were so "enthralled"with this amazing feat of mine that they  sped right up within twenty foot of me, sending a wake into the nose of the kayak just as I hopped my final hop off the deck. The kayak spun and I did a California roll coming up with a nearly hundred pounds of extra wet freezing weight. So cold was the snow whipped air that I immediately slipped off into the water to warm up to about forty degrees exposure and rapidly got out of my clothing to swim semi naked to shore in full view of the entire family that had gathered to see this particular adventure come to it's end.

Not to let such folly on my part phase me, I with some prideful striding to the cabin declared; that worked out pretty well didn't it! Seems the last of the loons had only now left the waters. And yes I too soon headed south.

And what of the Biblical application? Well many I suppose, but primary is a fool and his kayak are soon separated, plus pride cometh before the fall seem to fit. Any boating/sailing/kayaking ventures to share with some lessons and Biblical application perhaps?

Today  an internet cyber walking club might be just my speed. Could be some fun!

Wow, where bouts is that grand vie win the far background, Polar Caves? Or elsewhere? Way beyond my desire to take risks. Think I'd rather kayak amongst the alligators and an occasional shark. Great photo though!

Pretty close to the Polar Caves ... about three miles north at Rumney Rocks.  This is the climb Rock Du Jours Direct on the Main Wall section, very visible from Rt 25.  Here is a link to the area.  https://www.mountainproject.com/route/106028627/rock-du-jours-direct
