And the offense was that I said looking at all the religions of the world there’s none that have 101 denominations like Christianity and there’s something seriously not right about that. I still stand by my words I was excused of insulting Christians, sadly the moderator basically was calling me a non Christian for saying things against Christianity Moderators are human like anyone here and can make hap heartily decision based on personal opinion rather site roles in the heat of the moment. And to this They are human beings and make mistakes. If you disagree with one of their decisions, make use of the PM system or email or the Report Post button to get satisfaction. (Matt. 18:15) I will let the decision ride and moderators can ponder the right and wrongs others in this world Edited May 15, 2019 by BeyondET

It is just the way I see/say things. Even on non-Christian type boards, like City-Data, I get insulted left and right by rude individuals but when I defend myself (nicely), my posts are removed and I get ban warnings. I have people telling me all the time they are Christians because they "believe" in God, but that is it. Not live by Him. Not try to learn from Him. They will have sex with many partners and get abortions and do the drugs, but they are Christians because they "believe in God." Someone claiming to be a Christian but not believe in God, amazingly I not heard that one before. I don't ever recall any of your posts having that issue on Worthy. Whatever took place on another forum ... we run things a bit differently here.

Tis okay ...we love to have discussions in love ... and heated ones ... and if there was a situation whereby I removed something ... I would place a note within the post itself ... oftentimes send a Private Message ... and certainly a private message if I banned you from a thread. And we don't ban people easily ... we may regulate their posting at times, but we certainly don't want to shut down the dialogue -- even with the most hardened of atheists!

God bless, George Yes I haven’t been banned nor do I think I mentioned as such, the checks and balances hmm, well I’ve seen and reported some things I’ve seen moderators have posted and it doesn’t seem very much of check n balance some lean towards a knee jerk reaction rather than check n balance, but of coarse surely even this site has slip ups from folks even among their own ranks, but I am not going to sweat the small things. but in my opinion good moderators would as well be quick to think slow to speak. it is quite profound the use of words, sometimes our words even though might be logic in our own minds yet can insulting to others or even egg them on even farther with animosity’s Lawrence

So once you say someone is stirring up the pot, and this someone writes from an atheist perspective... you ban them from the mainsections I mean you move them to another area, . Ok, so they write maybe 30 posts and then it's over - good to know! My I ask a question as to how the timing might evolve? For instance poster natesute is now called seeker*. So he can't reply anymore, I guess. But this change in his title occured in the middle of a debate... so now, when he doesn't respond anymore in the thread, should we feel tempted to think that he does so since he was persuaded by the replies fom the believing side? Is this what the others should think? I mean how should new members or guests interpret him suddenly ceasing to reply? Is it clear to everyone that he doesn't reply any more because he can't and not because he was persuaded by the arguments? Thank you for your thoughts... and keep on reaching out to non-believers! It was just a recent example of how it could look like when people are banned from replying? I find it is highly unfair to discuss him as a person in a bad way when he cannot reply, Neighbor. In my opinion, this is hostile behavior. This, in my opinion, is our No. 1 problem when George says he still wants to outreach to the world. How do we expect to attract new visitors? Let's share the best thing we have (the Good News) instead of displaying poisonous remarks against others, please. Thanks, Thomas
