Is it a sin to watch “non-Christian” movies with swear words, and hang out with non-Christian friends who swear? (Even if it doesn’t make me swear or sin)

There are far worse sins than swearing, but people who follow the Lord will clean up their language. Hanging around people who don't follow the Lord is going to bring temptation into your life to commit far worse sins. Sins have serious consequences. I am reminded of this:

If you see a thief, you are a friend of his;
and you keep company with adulterers. Matt 50:18 RSV

If your intention is to lead these people to the Lord, that is one thing. But if you are just looking for fun, perhaps you are looking in the wrong place.

Jesus hung out with a lot of "sinners" and got blasted for it by the people who thought they and their religion made them untouchable.

But Jesus hung out with these people in other people's homes and for the intent of leading them into repentance.  He went home with Zacchaeus, the tax collector who stole, and after lunch - Zacchaeus was a changed man.

There are lots of movies that aren't Christian-based that are a fine for a Christian to watch.  Use your discernment.

We are not to be unevenly yoked. That includes friends.

pray for your non Christian friends,  pray that they will get to know Jesus as their Savior,  pray & discern who you hang out with,  I agree that Jesus hung out with tax collectors & sinners,  he came to call sinners to repentance

Most of my friends are currently non Christian. I used to swear like a sailor and use vulgar language and now when I hear them speaking like that, its like nails on a chalkboard. You might find that you dont want to hang out with your non Christian friends as much.

Its not a sin, nonbelievers need believers comfort as assurance that God is real.

Nope. But remember the proverb (paraphrased) "bad company can compromise good people"
