Strange. The entire church world sees this prince of Persia as a spiritual principality from hell.

Maybe they dont know where Persia is.

It is the CONTEXT of that verse that tells us the story. Who or what blocked Gabriel from getting to Daniel? Flesh and blood?

I believe God gave Adam dominion over this planet but Adam gave it away to the devil. He is not the prince or spiritual leader of this planet.

You ask an interesting question: God DID give His dominion over earth away.....

Since, according to scripture, the false prophet is the only human, he is also the man of sin, the son of perdition.  He speaks like a dragon which indicates that he is possessed by Satan.  I'm only interested in what the scriptures support, not the majority opinions of men.

What I find interesting pertaining to this is; there's only 'two' people in the Bible with the name or title of "son of perdition", and Judas going to his own place. Perdition seems to be a place and condition. Based on the verse below; I take it this person was once alive on earth, died a physical death, and it coming back out of the bottomless pit? Your thoughts?

Revelation 17:8 (KJV) The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

I think the beast is an evil spirit being, not a human.

Sure you did. You asked "You believe God empowered evil over good?"

The short answer is, YES, because God created everything KNOWING the outcome. Adam's fall did not catch God by surprise.

The longer answer is, God did not CAUSE Adam to fall and turn over the planet to Satan. Adan did that on his own. God did not CAUSE Satan to tempt Adam - but He knew it would happen. Well, God CREATED Satan, but it was Satan to make himself evil.

You say God knows everything but you claim he doesnt know the diffetence between hell and Persia.

How on earth do you get Satan from hell when God says the prince of Persia.

What gave you the idea that Persia is hell?

I wonder what you have been reading....

But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come.

The prince of Persia is the spiritual leader or principality of that area. As Paul said, "spiritual wickedness in high places." There is simply NO WAY any human could have interfered with an Ark Angel!  He was going to have to fight His way back to heaven also! Paul wrote "according to the prince of the power of the air."
