However the Holy Spirit has `planted` within the believer the `new creation,` the very life of Christ. We are to `feed` that with the word of God, with prayer, and thankful thoughts through out the day. We are to grow up into maturity in Christ. The laws of Moses tell the human race the right way to behave and thus reveal our selfishness, self centred and not God centred. Why is it you always have to teach a child to behave and never to misbehave. Why does the misbehavior always come naturally? It is this Christ came to change, this inward nature towards misbehavior. They live their whole life in disobedience, subject of the prince of the power of the air, the devil. Basic human instincts are of the flesh, born of the flesh, and profit nothing (don't help anything nor anyone at all, eternally speaking, for life in Jesus).
