Very interesting indeed. I wasn't brought up Southern Baptist, but from a Bible believing fundamental Church. I suspect the vast majority of how and where children were brought up and their Christian belief's continue on in there lives. With the exception of the core belief of who and how to obtain Salvation and eternal life; we can always agree to disagree respectfully on secondary non-Salvation issues in my opinion. He has never led me to a particular denomination, just to fellow saints in Christ Jesus where I might serve the local body for the period of time God wills of me. And then He moves me onward elsewhere. I do love each local body where I was led, it has been a most wonderful journey to date. I'm looking forward to today and it's adventures. The common link if there is one is each read verse by verse throught the Bible, in lessons and in sermons, and did work at application of what was read and taught.
