Kosher? I have stated that when it comes to food I will eat anything that doesn't eat me first. Well. guess what? I just opened a nice gift package from my daughter with gifts from Bali. Luwak Coffee! Ha, right out of the Bucket List movie, the Kapi Luwak 2 scene. (Search for it on Youtube if curious.) My daughter has a grand sense of humor. Here it is 5:35 AM tomorrow, and I am still pretty much awake from yesterday's attempt at a brew of this bean. Wonder if sucking on one of these beans might be better than No Dose? It has been produced by the coffee beans which have been digested by a certain Indonesian cat-like amimal called then palm civet or also civet cat. This is the reason that kopi luwak is also called cat poop coffee or civet cat coffee. I am sooo glad we don't have cats like that! or I'd be stashing my coffee beans in a good place!
