well then riddle me this....   Moses and 74 other people of the elders of Israel saw the God if Israel.....   the God of Israel is Yahweh/I AM or whatever you want to call him however Jesus told us that no man has ever seen the Father...

So tell me how this can be without causing a very serious conflict within the Bible....    Is the Bible mistaken or was Jesus mistaken or is it they are both right and Jesus/Yahweh/I AM is not the Father

the answer, know the difference between a "MANIFESTATION" and a "APPERANCE". what they in the OT saw was an apperance. God in the old testament "appeared", not Manifested, but appeared. ok.  if you don't understand what we're saying just ask.

yep...and exactly identical substance

Quote
“If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”

Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father'?

we agree,

Hebrews 1:3 "Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high".

the characteristic of "his" person is the same person. the term "express image" is, G5481 χαρακτήρ charakter (cha-rak-teer') which means "character", or characteristic. which the term "Son" means the same thing. so the Son is the expressed image of the Father in flesh.

this is accomplish by "Sharing" not peeling off someof his Spirit, no, but fully "sharing" his spirit EQUALLY in flesh, see Phil 2:6

In whose authority did Jesus speak?  How do we account for the fact the authority He spoke in was not His  own if He is the  Father?

Quote
“Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.

I tend to believe there's a bit  of a mystery here we don't fully comprehend and can't comprehend from this dimension.  Is an image the same as the reality?

If I have a polaroid snapshot of you, do I have you?  Or just a rather precise and informative representation of you.  If I see your  image can I say I have seen you?

I honestly think He gives us the ability  to at least begin  to grasp some concepts here, but i don't think any analogy  is perfect in fully explaining everything  involved.

Perhaps some humility and admission of partial understanding is more appropriate than dogmatism when it comes to these things.
