Perhaps start by looking it up, going to the Bible, reading it personally and deciding through reading, prayer, thinking about what has been read. Psalm 56:8 You number my wanderings; Put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book? That does not mean that there is a separate book for tears but perhaps it is in the book of life.
