Hi @kdavis150, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. WCF is not quite like Facebook, or other internet media where adding and accepting friends requests are a feature. Members can choose to follow your activity, and in like manner, you can also do the same. Have you taken advantage of the PM (personal messaging) modes here? Hopefully that's helpful in some way.
