all oneness

I still do not know what you are on about.  I spoke of "oneness Pentacostalism", where did I use the word "all", or approach the idea that all Pentecostals were 'oneness'?  I actually appreciate certain holiness pentacostals in their dress reform.

Free free to attempt to point me in the right direction with scripture where and when you specifically think I am 'confused'.

No, apparently you don't. Your post made no mention of the fact, and only cited "oneness" as being an indication of exclusiveness to the Pentecostal denomination. If I assumed incorrectly, apologies. If you have been to any of their churches, you'd see that only the First Pentecostal Church dress in the manner also mentioned. I'm not all that crazy about starched white shirts and ties like a tourniquet about one's throat. I guess we don't have to comment on the lacquered high stacked hair as a 'sign of holiness'. You can now thank me for my time, as you're known to do others, and/or also "oy vey" me at any given opportunity.

  • Huh? I don't get it. 1

No problem bro, at least we're on a mutual plain of misunderstanding.

The gospel of John, which presents Jesus Christ in His deity, is sometimes called "I AM." Over and over again in the book of John, Jesus said, "I AM." To the learned Jew this phrase "I AM" was very significant. It was a claim by Jesus that He is God.

In the Old Testament when God called Moses to lead the nation of Israel out of Egypt, He told Moses to tell the nation that "I AM" has sent you (Exodus 3:13-15). "I AM" is the covenant God of Israel, Jehovah! Therefore, the great "I AM" is the designation for God to the nation of Israel and Jesus' statement "I AM" is a clear indication that He was saying, "I AM God."

Quote
Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”  Jesus *said to him, “Because you have seen Me, have you believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.”

When Thomas expressed his belief in Jesus' divinity, He confirmed Thomas declaration.
