The MANY are Israel and the Nations that make up the Mediterranean Sea Region. That is why the Beasts all arose out of the great {Mediterranean} Sea, with Rome Conquering the whole Sea Region, and thus the Little Horn must be like HIS DADDY so to speak, and look just like the Old Fourth Beast as per the Land Mass that it covers. This is why the Little Horn is said to arise out of the Head of the Fourth Beast, if the Land Mass looked like the Persian Empire the Anti-Christ would have been said to have been ARISING out of the head of the 2nd Beast instead of the Fourth Beast.

So this is the Current European Union Below: NOTICE it doesn't look like the Old Roman Empire Map below it.

Now we can look at who the MANY is, and what it means according to Daniel ch. 11. BELOW we can see this: I think Turkey is the King of the South in Daniel 11:40-43  and Egypt falls as a part of this coalition as does all of North Africa, Lebanon, Syria and Israel falls also. Only Central and South Jordan do not fall to the coming Little Horn/Beast/King of the North !! God will protect the Jews who Flee Judea there. Amen.

The MANY comes from the European Neighborhood Policy {ENP} which sees the E.U. in current AGREEMENTS {Covenant in Hebrew means AGREEMENTS} or treaties where these Nations get Money from the E.U. for meeting certain criteria {the old Carrot and Stick routine}. They are all promised that they will be "CONSIDERED" for future expansion in the E.U., Israel currently plays in the UEFA {Euro Cups in Soccer/Football}. 

The European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) is a foreign relations instrument of the European Union (EU) which seeks to tie those countries to the east and south of the European territory of the EU to the Union. These countries, primarily developing countries, include some who seek to one day become either a member state of the European Union, or more closely integrated with the European Union. The ENP does not apply to neighbours of the EU's outermost regions, specifically France's territories in South America, but only to those countries close to EU member states' territories in mainland Europe.

The countries covered include Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia in the South and Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine in the East. Russia has a special status with the EU-Russia Common Spaces instead of ENP participation.

The EU offers financial assistance to countries within the European Neighbourhood, so long as they meet the strict conditions of government reform, economic reform and other issues surrounding positive transformation. This process is normally underpinned by an Action Plan, as agreed by both Brussels and the target country. The ENP does not cover countries which are in the current EU enlargement agenda, the European Free Trade Association or the western European microstates.

The EU typically concludes Association Agreements in exchange for commitments to political, economic, trade, or human rights reform in a country. In exchange, the country may be offered tariff-free access to some or all EU markets (industrial goods, agricultural products, etc.), and financial or technical assistance.

Funding the policy: from ENPI to ENI

Giving incentives and rewarding best performers, as well as offering funds in a faster and more flexible manner, are the two main principles underlying the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI) that came into force in 2014. It has a budget of €15.4 billion and provides the bulk of funding through a number of programmes. The ENI, effective from 2014 to 2020 {7 YEARS}, replaces the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument – known as the ENPI. This cooperation instrument continues to be managed by DG Development and Cooperation - EuropeAid, which turns decisions taken on a political level into actions on the ground. ENPI funding approved for the period 2007-2013 {7 YEARS} was €11.2 billion.

The Coming Anti-Christ/Little Horn/Beast will use this existing FRAMEWORK when he comes to power, right after the Rapture of the Church he forces his own set of parameters onto these Nations who 1.) have gotten used to the "sugar treat"/Money 2.) Or some of these Nations may want to be a part of the E.U. and thus he forces New Concessions in his "CRAFTY, Dark Manner of Seduction" and thus as Daniel 9:27 says, he enters into a COVENANT/Agreement with Israel and THE MANY !! Who are these Nations that allow the E.U. President to form the "SON" of the Fourth Beast that Arises out of his Head !! Its NOT the Same Beast and never was !! The Last Beast, the Little Horn is a MAN, not a Nation that passes his Kingdom from one king to another king, he is the ONLY KING, to both arise as the original Beast over the Region and FALL as the Beast over the Mediterranean Sea Region, then he is cast into hell, after he has been killed, BUT, he is never allowed to rest in the Grave, he is cast straight into hell fire, Amen. 

Now lets look at Daniel 11:40-43.

Dan.11:40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

41 He shall enter also into the glorious land, and MANY COUNTRIES shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon {The Petra/Bozrah area where the Jews who REPENT Flee to}.

42 He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape. 43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps.

So, the King of the North, Conquers the Glorious Land {Israel} and the MANY Spoken of in Daniel 9:27, Daniel 8:25 and here in Daniel 11:41. This is what makes the Anti-Christ/President of the European Union into THE BEAST that ARISES out of the Mediterranean Sea !! 

He looks just like PAPA {Fourth Beast} as per his land mass. So this fulfills Daniel chapter 7. In Daniel ch. 8, we see he is born in Greece, because only Greece, out of the Four Generals Kingdoms QUALIFY because only being born in Greece, in this instance, qualifies this man to become the E.U. President. The other three areas are not a part of the European Union !! Now we know why we get such a DETAILED ACCOUNT of the Lineage of all the Greek Kings in Daniel ch. 11. It runs all the way to Antiochus, who is his EXACT LIKENESS/Arch Type. And if..........ONLY IF..........we study history we can see the EXACT LIKENESS of the False Prophet also in a man Antiochus appointed to be the High Priest of Israel, Jason, who tried to Hellenize the Jews, but caused the Maccabean Revolt. He bribed Antiochus who then had Jason's Pious brother, Onias III, a High Priest killed, and installed Jason {real name Yeshua} as the High Priest. In other words he tried to get the Jews to be like THE WORLD/The Greeks, or in other words to serve the Greek gods, and NOT the God of Abraham !! The coming False Prophet will thus be a Jewish High Priest who places the IMAGE of this E.U. President in the Temple of God in like manner, thus the AoD is a SIGN for the Jews who Repented and accepted Christ to Flee Judea at the 1290, which happens 30 days BEFORE the 1260, and the reason they repent is the Two-Witnesses {Elijah...see Malachi 4:5-6} shows up at the 1335 event, which is 45 days BEFORE the AoD happens at the 1290 and 75 days BEFORE the Day of the Lord begins at the 1260. ALL these Numbers are how many days it is from said event until Jesus' Second Coming ENDS all these Wonders !!

Obviously the event was a big flop that was spoken of but needless to say Many nations were and are involved in Noahidism, and this could well be the worship component of the beasts Kingdom. I Find it also ironic that many Muslims agree with Noahidism, and it is the 22nd or 23rd degree of freemasonry. So All the Players are involved that I Believe will be involved. The Antichrist will be a worldwide Global power, not a regional one like some assume, and this sort of "Law" will unify most countries, Although the union will be a weak one made of Iron and clay, which do not mix well.

The covenant of Daniel is meant for 7 years so this cannot be that covenant.
