depends on where you are eating...

Of coarse, my wife makes the best!  Really.
In San Antonio you go to a taqueria, a taco house/restaurant.
Nothing like the 'tex-mex'  style tacos.
The different types of tacos are as many as the different types of sandwiches.
Corn or flower tortillas, any meat and veggies, laced with chillies.
Taco Bell is a fast food Mexican 'style' taco for the fast paced.
I've lived on bean tacos, (refried beans, flour tortillas, salsa verde)
each morning on the way to the job site, and two (con chorizo) in tinfoil
left on the dash (job site microwave) for lunch.
Burritos are not popular much, even in southern Mexico. Too fat, too much filling vs tortilla.(and you can't SEE what your eating):
I also eat plenty hot dogs at home, all beef sausage that my wife splits open to scorch/brown/burn the meat.
I fill these with hot cheese from spiced up cheese balls my daughters make for me.

First I ever heard of bean tacos. I might have to see if my local Tex - mex spot does that.

From dogs  and burgers to taco burritos and ....

Seems few of us has much concern about good dieting,  just good times on the cheap.

Since I have recently gone on to eliminating as much sugar as possible and am also avoiding salts, plus having developed an allergy to some shellfish, I find myself "enjoying" a good tasteless tonic water or seltzer, some fresh spinach with olive oil and vinegar.

Choices like dogs vs burgers? Not so much.

Honestly I should be eating like that. I have tried several times to go vegetarian only to fall flat on my face each time. Veggies alone just don’t keep me full. Maybe I’m not eating the right veggies.

Yes you are, They just don't pack in like meats and those good starches do. So one is always hungry. I am learning to think if I am hungry I must be fasting and preparing for prayer- so I do pray and praise far more often than perhaps ever before. A by product is I am also losing weight and regaining abilities I had lost.

Hmm George's devotion "Are you drinking enough water"  comes into play here, I guess. Drink first that I not be hungry, drink of the word of God before sensing any need for the water, don't wait till I am dehydrated and faint. Fill up my spirit's need before stuffing the physical body's desire. Let that I am hungry feeling register as need of the Bible to read for awhile, that I fill up on it.

We have a free lunch at work at times for different reasons.  Its usually hamburger and hotdogs and bake beans and chips. You can have either two hotdogs or two hamburgers or one of each. I always take one of each. But prefer hotdogs. Are you a hotdig person or a hamburger. At home I love hotdogs spicy and hot.

I once found myself in a conversation about a good BBQ (I prefer hamburgers BTW), this person said he was going to BBQ but first he needed to get a tank of propane. OK, I said, that's not really a BBQ, and he said that it was because it is only the heat that matters. Nope, I replied, it is the smokiness of the coals and wood that makes a good BBQ, - otherwise you are basically dragging your electric stove out from the kitchen to the backyard on a long cord. He scratched his head for a moment as the light began to go on.

Love you all,
God bless!

P.S. It's good to enjoy the simple things now, before the Antichrist takes the stage.

I gotta give it to Burger King, that Impossible Whopper tastes like real beef. They claim it is 0% beef. Kind of crazy. I could go meatless if every veggie burger tasted like that. Lol
