Gives it a creamy rich zest. Wish you could see, my blind kitty (who is ever trying to get up in my lap) is sitting perfectly still on my shoulder as I am writing. She usually squirms too much for me to even be able to write. LOL We adopted her from the SPCA. Her eyes were too small when she was born and they removed them.
