Romans 8

33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

How do you answer the question?

Iftc,  I'm not sure I know what you mean, but I agree with Other One that scripture teaches Satan tries to condemn us to God constantly.

As you grow in your walk with the Lord, and when you start seeing what the scriptures clearly say you will realize that what we do while in these mortal bodies is very important.

The question is rhetorical.

Paul is explaining that once a person is saved there is no one [and he's talking about the devil] who can bring charges against the Christian that God will listen to.  The devil is the great accuser of the brethren.  The book of Revelation says that chapter 12.

It would please the devil to no end for God to strip us of our security and salvation in Christ guaranteed by the Holy Spirit, but it can't be done no matter how persistent he is in bringing all our faults and flaws before God.

Paul isn't talking about a person charging another one's false teaching and doctrines or error.

This chapter is about eternal security and the life of the Christian in the spirit, not the flesh.

Paul is not asking a question. Its a style of oratory which Paul uses a lot. There is no answer, its more of a way of raising a point which he then expands on and replies to himself. It is a rebuttal of the Periclean style of rhetoric where the sound of the words is more important than the content.

Sorry, I thought a question mark indicated a question.

I take it, then, that you do not have an answer since there was no question.

Ok, miscommunications ?

I am asking what your question is, as the passage from Romans you quoted does not contain any questions, Paul is using rhetoric.

I understand.  I am observing that you cannot have an answer to my question as you do not perceive a question in the verses quoted. I understand your situation.  I am not offended if you choose to not answer the question I posed as you do not see a question in the verses.

@maryjayne  I am going offline now.  I am just saying this so that you don't think I am ignoring you as happened in the last time we miscommunicated.  You are very bright and civil.  I would not ignore you

God is the only Judge that matters. He said he calls us righteous in Christ. So satan the accuser nor anyone else can bring a charge against us. Hallelujah!

Rom 4:8  Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord will never count against them."

I think he is more giving praise to the truth in the verse than really expecting an answer. God is really not asking a question in the great 8th chapter of Romans so much as making a triumphal announcement. “No one can Judge you, no one can condemn you, no one can separate you”. The addition of “who can” makes it even more powerful.
