Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil. The Bible provides us with God's understanding of things. So when our understanding of things conflicts with the Word of God - let us trust that God knows best. Many pray to know God's will about particular circumstances. Try to apply the Bible in everything you do. And then you will get the guidance you seek. Don't think that you know better than God.
