It's sad when some Christians refuse to forgive...or perhaps they are Christians in name only. Some people, even unbelievers, forgive great wrongs done to them. Others hold on to some perceived, small wrong done to them and refuse to let it go. And the list goes on Godly sorrow works repentance. It,s not our place to judge true repentance. It is said be as lambs but wise as a serpents. He gives grace to those who want it. As the thief on the cross asked to be remembered the other found none. As Jesus said those who love the dark they are condemned already because they have not believed. Still it was said of the disciples as he rose back to heaven. if you remit ones sines they shall be remitted and who you do not will not be remitted in heaven.. when Jesus was on the cross he said of his tormenters ,"Father forgive them for they no not what they do. When Steven was stoned before he passed he said "Father lay not this sin to their charge" It is important we do not hold one or even many of their sins. 139: 23 Search me Oh God and know my heart. Try me and know my thoughts and see if there be any wicked way in me and lead me in the way of everlasting.
