Turkey, ham, prime rib? I really prefer ham over turkey. But I like all the trimmings that come with the turkey such as mashed potatoes and gravy and stuffing. Some people have a family tradition and have something very different than the usual turkey.

If I knew how to cook and was willing to do so, I'd fix myself a turkey, make some dressing, have some mashed potatoes and gravy, maybe throw in some cranberry sauce (though there are fruits I like better), maybe some peas, and after it was over, maybe some pumpkin pie, since it's traditional, though I wouldn't be upset if someone brought an apple or peach pie, or even a cherry pie. I don't like hams that are heavily smoked. I like ham fat which is bad for you. I have found a brand I like. It is Cook ham and the butt cut. I love to use the ham bone for bean soup. I "think" it is really bought by the Tom Collins Jello shots crowd. Don't drink myself so it is just a guess. I only have personal knowledge of unflavored Knox Gelatins. No artificial colorings for me. But when one needs a good horses hoof delight well there it is, some hydrolyzed collagen. Ontheupside: Good coffee! KONA COPPR MOON COFFEE Medium roast pods, bought them at WinnDixie. Vey good vey full flavor and no bitterness at all, everyone took notice and commented on it yesterday.
