It would seem this is now becoming common place all over the world these days. It becomes equally tragic when an execution style slaying involves the senseless loss of innocent children and includes the pastor of a congregation.

Attack church Burkina Faso, 14 people were shot dead.

The victims were attending a service at a church in Hantoukoura, in the eastern part of the country on Sunday.

The identity of the gunmen is not known and the motive is unclear.

Hundreds of people have been killed in the country over the past few years, mostly by jihadist groups, sparking ethnic and religious tensions especially on the border with Mali.

A statement from the regional government said that many people are injured.

A security source told AFP news agency that armed individuals carried out the attack, "executing the faithful including the pastor and children"

Another source said the gunmen fled on scooters.

Last October, 15 people were killed and two seriously injured in an attack on a mosque.

Jihadist attacks have increased in Burkina Faso since 2015, forcing thousands of schools to close down.

The conflict spread across the border from neighbouring Mali where Islamist militants took over the north of the country in 2012 before French troops pushed them out.

This was an apparent invasion of Jihadi terrorist assassins. It's tragic. Do we as in our own separate and supposedly safe nations feel this can't possibly happen in this or any other country? They've converged upon every wealth organized nation the world over, and they've got plans for global annihilation. Think this can't happen in your corner of the world? Think again. What say you?

I've never quite understood the train of thought. They disagree, so kill them? The dead can't change their conviction, and neither do their corpses win over any others. What a way to make a fool of yourself. Though, I suppose sin doesn't make much sense at the end of the day, anyway.

Nor do I. From my understanding, it's a devious plan for complete devastation. Basically, global annihilation. Pretty scary when you think of it. Thanks for your input. My topics never seem to go very far. It does concern me, or I wouldn't post them when they occur.

many jews , many buddist , many muslims and so called christains are now coming together , praying as one ,    for a cause which appears as holy and righteous .

But to pray with or be in agreement with any other false religion or mindset for any REASON is but a death sentence and I speak of spiritual death .

SATAN uses and will use this to bring together people for a cause to end the violence against any .

BUT NOT TRUE APOSTEL of old ,  NO , NOR JESUS OUR LORD With pray along aside other false religions for peace , OR RELIGOUS TOLERANCE .

DO NOT BUY THE LIE that causes one to die .     JUST REMEMER THIS WELL  .

Yes, I'm sure the devil has this well planned out. It's odd though, thirty years ago, I would have never imagined our End Times would involve the Muslim Nation in which it apparently has. The assumption and from what theologists were presuming then, was suspect of Russia and China, due to the mighty military they had. They still do of course, but how things have taken a surprising turn since.
