The DUWD. Dont Understand then Write Down. Get a blank a4 piece of paper. Put it portrait way up and write the question at the top of the page. Draw a line down the middle of the page and write yes and no either side at the top of the line. With a number of 1 to 10 rate reasons for yes and no.
