I love spinach!!  Not the canned Popeye stuff!  LOL.  Just a giant handful of fresh baby spinach [with the stems pulled off - that does take some time].

Never.....I repeat , NEVER  “ diss” Popeye!  I never really understood his Spinach Addiction.....I guess nobody is perfect.......

He just was what he was, and that's all  that he was, Popeye the sailor man.

Popeye was iron deficient without his spinach. Canned spinach  got many a snow shoveler through the harsh winters of old the days when food was grown locally not delivered fresh daily from all over the world.

Imagine I can probably still put in an order for live Maine lobster and have them here in by three pm. No such opportunity existed for the old sailor man.

Those are so cute! lol. But as they more resemble chicks, for me,  would feel weird to eat one lol.  I love deviled eggs but what a name.

The term "deviled", in reference to food, was a common term in the 1700's. It pertained to spicy or zesty foods. When eggs were prepared in the way we are talking about, a healthy amount of mustard and pepper was used. They became popular and got their name around 1786 here in the U.S.Nov 2, 2017

Eggs are one of the world's perfect foods. They are a good source of protein and have vitamins and minerals in them. Do you like eggs? Are you allergic to eggs? How do you like your eggs cooked?

I love eggs! I like them over easy with toast, scrambled with cheese, or "eggs in a basket" style when I want to be goofy.

Is it true that vegan eggs are seldom if ever  served sunny side up?

How does one use grease from vegan bacon to baste dirty eggs?

Um Um vegan bacon and vegan egg sandwich on gluten free rice bread buns, watch out McD a whole new world of flavor is almost upon us.

The CDC and the health department say to never eat your eggs sunny side up if you do not want to be at risk of salmonella. They should be turned over with the yolk half way done.

Beer chasers tamp it all down.
