The Bible seems to indicate that when we yield (He does not take) our tongues to Him, He is able to pray the Father THROUGH us, His perfect will FOR us. I think what you meant to say is you were "praying" in tongues and that "is" private, just between you and Father, ...there are things Father has told me that I would never tell anyone, ...not even my wife, ...because I was told during my vertical, one-on-one discourse with Him, ...as opposed to my horizontal conversations with Him, ...those I can and do share with her and others.
