But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. It`s not about where you should `go` but `who` you are listening to. 4

"My sheep listen to my voice. I know them and they follow me." Jesus knows us, but we also have to learn which one is His voice and this comes with rational, sincere, humble study too. Once we also know Him, we follow Him through His steady path. After finding the Truth, we are prepared to choose a church.

Can somebody help me with this? How do I convert to Catholicism? Me and my parents have been using Iphone our whole lives. Because they are hatefull bigots, using the Iphone to make hatecalls. So I stop using Iphone and switch to android? It is true that within church there are wolves and sheep. The bible warned us about that. Don't waste the chance of getting something good because someone else misuses it. There is only one true God, one true Jesus Christ, one true Gospel. Maybe it was not God you were hearing. snip All good advice! To the OP: 1 John 4:1 (AV) 1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. This verse would not even be in scripture IF we had the clear pipeline to God that we think we have. Not that God is being capricious or unreliable... it's just that we ourselves are so easily fooled and are such poor judges of... well just about everything. ALSO, false spirits play on people's lack of experience, education in some areas, their hopes and dreams, or suspicions. Remember the demons who said Jesus is the Holy One of Israel. Jesus is the Holy One of Israel. But he told them to be quiet (shut up). Why? Because a very effective tactic of false spirits is to tell partial truth to gain trust and establish credibility. The Bible says test all things (1 Thessalonians 5:21) and we do so by the Bible: Acts 17:11 / 2 Timothy 3:16-17. It may be true what you said about your parents. People are only people. And I myself have had major difficulties with the Southern Baptist denomination / convention. I have also found in 30+ years of Bible study and over 50 years as a Christian... that Roman Catholicism in particular has been a hijacking of the first century Church. I hope you do not jump out of the frying pan into the fire on this matter . God bless! 2

I don't think god would take you from a baptist faith, which is a true teaching, and ask you to become a catholic, which has some heresy in it according to scripture. For example catholic believe in Jesus as the actual mother of Jesus, they also believe that priests should be known as father. The bible is against these two things. Can somebody help me with this? How do I convert to Catholicism? Have you considered Anglicanism? Its High Church branch is Catholic in every way except they believe saved by grace through faith (Acts 15:11, Ephensians 2:8-9, Philippians 3:9). Or Lutheranism? If you choose Lutheran, I suggest Missouri-Synod. 1
